General Specifications:
Night-Cutters™ use exclusive booted, precision-tooled aluminum/nylon linkage. This linkage allows the light to be hand aligned and to lock by itself. The adjustment range is 360° of rotation and about 60° of tilt.

Housing: Dimensions 10cm round.

Lens, Light Patterns & Bulbs: The lens is tempered blue-ion glass. The spot beam reaches far beyond high beam head lights and is excellent at speed. The fog beam is a low wide-angled pattern which increases short-range, fog and visibility in traffic. Standard bulbs are 55w and the optional bulbs are 35w, 100w and an 55w amber. The bulb type is Halogen H3 / Amp Draw 35 Watt = 2.9 Amp
55 Watt = 4.5 Amp 100 Watt = 8.3 Amp Note: A relay is necessary if you are wiring through the existing light switch. 35-Watt bulbs recommended for charging systems under 300 Watts.

Short Body Mount - Attaches via 2¾" Diameter base. The base is fastened with tape and a well-nut or mechanical fastener depending on the location and availability of an opening or mounting port in the body panel. The base has a 1" straight rod. Ideal for mounting on the top, sides or under panel surfaces such as auto grill ports and boat or snowmobile decks.
Body-Pro Mount - Attaches via 2¾" Diameter base. The base is fastened with tape and a well-nut or mechanical fastener depending on the location and availability of an opening or mounting port in the body panel. The pro-body can use straight or angled rods for clearance This is our most versatile body mount unit and can be mounted on virtually any body panel application.
Fork Mount - Fits 1 ¼" to 2" stationary section of forks below or above triple clamp when fork travel and space permits. The fork body uses a short rod. Angled rod models are available when extra clearance is required.
Bar Mount 7/8" & 1" - Fits standard and 1" bars and many signal stocks. A tight, compact, booted mount ideal for ATV, boat guard rails and other tubular frames. Angled rod models are available when extra clearance is required.
Boss-Pro Mount - Fits into any open port or can be adapted to fit onto many linkages such as the mirror hinge as shown here. onto and adapts to many 1" case guards and has a 2" bar to light height. Angled rod models are available when extra clearance is required.
Boss Mount - Fits into openings in after market light bars or holes in steel bumpers or reinforced panels that are designed to hold road lights.
Wire Harness - This custom professional grade twin fused harness comes with relay & bar or tape mounted LED indicator switch. Color coded, no cutting or crimping...ready to plug-in and go.
